San Francisco has decided to put proposition K on the ballot which forbids local authorities from investigating, arresting or prosecuting anyone selling sex. So now San Fran can boast of "medical" marijuanna clubs, gayness beyond gay, sado-masochism festivals and legal prostitution. I am sure San Fran is a great place for restaurants, has some cool people & some of the highest property values in the world, but I expect it to drop into the sea right...about...NOW!
